Liability: (A) Executive Limousine Service shall not be liable for delays caused by authority of law, act of God, public enemies, accidents, mechanical breakdowns, bad conditions of the road, or any other force mejeur condition beyond its control and does not guarantee arrival or departure to or from a given point at a specified time. Executive Limousine Service will endeavor to maintain the schedules as requested by chartering customers, indicated in its sales literature, tariffs, web site, and as submitted by its agents, clients and/or employees however the company will not be liable for any deviations from such. Executive Limousine Service acts solely as independent agent for the destinations and service providers that may be included in the limousine charter service and, as such, cannot be held liable for any act or omission on the part of any person or entity rendering these services. Executive Limousine will not be responsible for any articles(s) either left, lost, or damaged while on board an Executive Limousine vehicle. In no event shall any party be liable for consequential damages.
